Formerly of UK indie band The Mariner’s Children, Ben Rubinstein has gone solo and is approaching releasing his first solo album called Night Songs next year. The first track from the record is called “Thin Skin” and whilst it has the old wise rock head on (Tom Petty undertones) I love the music video just as much. The poor guy is pie eyed by the end of it! Simple yet slow motion custard pie splats clearly win all the good things.
