A really interesting mix of Americana, whiskey roots rock and something that feels quite retro and refined, Saint Leonard’s Horses isn’t the rock I usually go for but it’s certainly ticked my boxes. Lead single “Spooky Lover” straddles all the above whilst feeling fresh and lively and what makes me excited for his future work is how layered with audio surprises the track is. His debut album is due out in October but I’d get spooky under the covers to this track any day (oh er).
