Alt-Pop alternative indie pop Introducing... pop Pop Rock synth-pop

Introducing… Giungla

Italian songstress to escape to another world with.

Italian alt-pop has a real love for aggressive, complex beats, synths and a solid electric guitar. Add in some very silky vocals and I present to you Giungla. Working on her second EP, due out later this year, Giungla manages to straddle both the pop and the alternative scene with ease as her electric guitar is front and centre of her poppier moments. Her name, which means Jungle in Italian, also signifies a tangled up growing world of diversity. She has also worked with producer Luke Smith, who has previously produced for Depeche Mode so you get the similar synth vibes here too.

Giungla’s new single is ‘Turbulence’. She says that it is about the things we can’t control, but that may be part of our journey. ‘Sometimes you have to go through it to keep flying’. Enjoy the track below – it is out now.
