band hardcore rock industrial Introducing... punk techno

Introducing… SCALPING

Raves for punks.

SCALPING are priming themselves for releasing their first EP. Entitled ‘FLOOD’, it showcases the bands blend of techno, hardcore and punk into something all the goths to dance to. Whilst I’m trying to stop myself now thinking of the Thomas the Tank engine goth meme, SCALPING really do sound like early Prodigy on metalhead steroids. The chunky caustic guitars mix perfectly with the anarchic drums and bass to get your blood pumping. Whilst the band is based in the UK, I bet they’ll go down well in Germany where this style of industrial metal is welcomed with open arms.

The lead single from the upcoming EP is titled ‘Monolithium’ and everything I’ve spoken above is exemplified in this single track below. The single is out now and the EP ‘Flood’ releases on the 18th of June. Just in time for techno rave season!
