This is perfect for artists who want to run a campaign for something specific that lasts between 6 weeks and 6 months. You’ll want to action it yourself but need a framework to work from and some expertise to get started.
How does the ‘Campaign Calendar’ work?
The ‘Campaign Calendar’ has two distinct steps – the collaborative meeting (which takes place online) and the campaign plan itself.
The collaborative meeting is vital and can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete depending on the complexity of the campaign. Here I will support you to have:
- Actionable and trackable goals and objectives to build a campaign on
- Your campaign narrative – what are we talking about?
- Understand your audience and where they may be
- The types of media that may work best for you
- Frequency of content and content themes
- Finding your niche so we can use this to create press buzz
- What is your budget? If you have a budget – where would be wise to spend it?
- When to tweak and change a campaign based on feedback
This is a collaborative effort. You may not have the answers to any of these topics and I wouldn’t expect you to but I’ll be asking you lots of questions to understand where you are with your project so I can tailor everything to you. It is through our discussions that I’ll be able to answer these points. This will then help me formulate your campaign calendar.
You will then receive your tailored campaign calendar. It usually takes me about 3-5 days to complete depending on the length and complexity of the campaign. Your campaign calendar will also contain your goals, a visual timeline, niches and themes of discussion and posting formats laid out in a report that will help you get going and evaluate your progress at key points.
