Well known PR and VGM enthusiast Jayson Napolitano has launched Scarlet Moon Records, a new label for game music and the like to be released. First off the shelf is Vince DiCola’s re-imagining of his Saturday Morning RPG Soundtrack into a one-off single.
Entitled “Christmas Adventure” DiCola plays and toys with his original soundtrack sound palette adding plenty of sleigh bells and twinkle to his retro 16 bit style keyboards. Playing like a classic opening theme from an early 90’s kids show it scales all that is epic and fun about various Christmas carols. It’s medley is almost nine minutes in length and is great whet of the appetite for the soundtrack which is hopefully going to be available in the new year.
