Hauschka Returns With New Album & Video

Hauschka’s music has been on my “I must listen to” list for years. His prepared piano compositions strike me as incredibly unique, creative and abstract in equal measure and he has a new album out on the 31st March so now is my time to get on the Hauschka train! Entitled “What If”, his 8th studio album will see a much more direct and full bodied sound and the promo track “Familiar Things Disappear” has a really interesting glitchy frequency tone to it. I absolutely love it and will be sure to check his back catalogue so if anyone has ideas of what where to start – let me know!
