Afrobeat is not something I have a particular affinity with but Aadae’s pulsing beats, world and pop music and excellent voice conveys such a powerful push that it keeps intact the base warrior cry and emotion that I need to make music connect with me. Percussion and voice really dives this track but adding steel tuned percussion will always win me over too.
