Muriël Bostdorp is a Dutch pianist whom I’d like to showcase for piano day 2018. Her flowing compositions are fluid like and serene like a butterfly’s soul. She released her first album “See” last week and it’s a warm ear cuddle with a beautifully muted piano that feels as Dutch as she is. However, I wanted to showcase a song that’s not on that release. It’s called “En Route” and is exactly how I feel when I arrive at my destination – home.
