Higher Plain Music’s Summer Of Music Bonanza Runs Across August

This summer, Higher Plain Music is launching a couple of new projects. To celebrate, I’ll be posting 4 times a day across August. This will be a mixture of new artist introductions and reviews of releases from across 2024 and 2025. I wasn’t able to cover most of the EPs and LPs I’ve bought over the last 2 years, as I was caring for my dad as he passed away, and I’ve been helping my mum through illness. I’ve got so many great artists I need to share, so why not make it a Summer of Music special?

So… what are these new projects I’m working on? Well, that would be telling! I’ll spoil one though, as I’ve been exploring it personally for a while… Higher Plain Music will be launching Higher Plain Records as a net label proper. It won’t just be my own attempts at music. I’ll be opening up the gates to support others, too. I’m so excited. It will be small-scale and niche, but this is a marathon, not a sprint, and I want to be of service to the musicians and artists I work with. Expect an end-of-August celebratory launch,
