Sometimes you just need some epic eight minute post rock anthems to rock out to like its the end of the world and Ghost Against Ghost certainly helped me with that over this last month. Their blend of rock and space synth opera is quite unique as usually post rock ends up being really power chord driven. This however has a real cross over from massive guitar solos to trance like futuristic dance sections. The transitions feel like you’re moving into warp speed and I cannot praise their single “Resume” highly enough.
