Artistic pure folk music is something I don’t get to come across and enjoy very often, but Cameron Blake has a timeless feel to his music. Reminding me of Sam Lee, but with a mix of Art Garfunkel, original Blake was a violinist but his music has been very folk driven. After his 2015 album, which was purely voice, guitar and occasional piano, this new single signals a rich, vibrant and lush album of arrangements.
Enjoy “Wailing Wall” below – it has for me a kind of hug everyone its Christmas feel to it that old classic movies do. The album “Fear Not” is released on 17th November.
