London based singer songwriter HEZEN has an excellent backdrop for her new single ‘Bring your Alibi’. Her dark alt-pop anthem tells a story where the protagonist of The Girl With Dragon Tattoo comes face to face with Harvey Weinstein to confront him on the #MeToo movement. The pointed lyrics of redemption found for victims and the sending down of a monster add fuel to the potent fire of an anthem. Musically think back to Post-era Bjork if it went a slow motion rave.
