Kaleidoscope Orchestra’s fantastic remix of Kingdom Hearts 3’s ‘Face My Fears’

I love me some game music. I also love me some Utada Hikaru. Kingdom Hearts is where the two meet and I love games too. So when stumbling across Kaleidoscope Orchestra doing a taut remixed cover of the iconic track, I was excited and fascinated.

With this version, Kaleidoscope Orchestra turn the vocal line into a woodwind or string-led melody but then oomph the bass up with big brass and swelling strings for the chorus and bridge sections. It’s a lovely rendition with some excellent touches in the middle too. Enjoy it below.
