I had planned to see Tash Sultana this year at the Royal Albert Hall so I was delighted to see that she had livestreamed a concert from the Horden Pavilion. The guitar virtuoso has been a sensation over the last few years, breaking out from her busking and bedroom performances to now having her own musical career that appreciates her chilled out vibe. Her concerts contain elongated versions of her music as she is a one woman musical looping machine, so they feel very different to her album versions of tracks. That appeals to me, as you get a different experience from the same artist and music.
Enjoy the full concert below. The concert starts at the 20 minute 40 second mark.
Tash Sultana’s new album is due out early 2021.
