Memphis Gong Chamber is my new go-to Gong Bath channel

I often listen to singing bowls or koshi chimes if I’m feeling restless and need to get some sleep. Memphis Gong Chamber runs a series of events led by sound healer Nancy and the instruments she gets to play with are phenomenal. There is a huge range of gongs, mallets, bowls, chimes and rattles and Nancy plays them with a softer rumble and layers them beautifully. Often gong baths can feel and sound a bit ominous, but not so here. Instead, I felt relaxed and calm.

Nancy and the Memphis Gong Chamber released a sound bath meditation for World Sound Healing Day which you can enjoy below. If you can get to Memphis, the chamber has a variety of events. I can only imagine what it’d feel like to be inside that room with all those gongs vibrating around you. For now, I’ll stick with my koshi chimes!
