Didge Project showcases sound bath instruments and how to play them

I’ve recently purchased a collection of seed shakers as I build up towards launching a sound bath relaxation project named Higher Plain Sounds. This has led me down a rabbit hole of other musicians and sound bath craftsmen and women to see what types of instruments they play, and how they build a sound bath. Whilst I’m not convinced of the scientific claims that sound therapy can cure diseases, I do find the whole practice incredibly relaxing, and that a relaxed and calm person is a better person overall.

There are a few creators and musicians I’ve found incredibly useful, and I wanted to showcase Didge Project. Initially set up as a didgeridoo vendor and community, the project has expanded to sound healing and sound bath instrumentation. They even support creators of unique instruments, such as the Wayunki, which is a cross between a chime and a jaw harp. In the video highlighted in this article, Didge Project showcases singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, flutes, percussion, and a mallet harp. I’ll be adding many of these instruments, and more, to my basket!
