TENGA Healthcare recommends 90BPM for your… rhythmic private time

What songs could help keep you in rhythm?

Helariously popping onto my social media timeline thanks to composer Hiroki Kikuta, male adult toy manufacturer TENGA has declared that 90 BPM is the recommended speed of thrust when making sweet love. Whether you are beating your own 90 times a minute, or want to translate it to 90 thrusts per minute, it made me wonder what songs could help you keep rhythm?

Popular 90 BPM tracks include:

  • Imagine Dragons – Demons
  • Coldplay – Hymn for the Weekend
  • Nickelback – How You Remind Me
  • Taylor Swift – august
  • Katy Perry – Roar
  • Sia – Cheap Thrills
  • Muse – Hysteria
  • Sade – Soldier of Love
  • t.a.T.u. – All the Things She Said
  • Michael Jackson – They Don’t Care About Us

My personal favourite is Led Zeppelin’s ‘Whole Lotta Love’. How apt.

Enjoy… You’re welcome.
