Introducing… Pinkshinyultrablast

Pinkshinyultrablast, aside from having a cheeky all in one name, have released a beautiful single entitled “Uni” which takes cues from psychedelic folk rock and Cocteau Twins to merge a palette of echoing vocals, reverberant guitars and synths into something that is breezy but heavy-hearted too. It’s a great mixture of influences and sounds and verges on dream pop too. Do we now have a sub genre of dream folk? You tell me…
