Hannah Peel, band member of The Magnetic North, has already got one album under her belt but I’m joining on the fan train at album number two! “Awake But Always Dreaming” is an album that speaks about dementia and memory which isn’t a usual topic of choice. The synth pop melodies are lively and sumptuous and the orchestrations are unbashed. This is the kind of music I’ll be grooving to long into the night.
