German composer Niklas Paschburg hails from Hamburg and mixes light synth work and electronica into his classical soundscapes. It’s piano and strings are uplifting in that quiet but free-flowing way and the general tone and feel is beautiful. Add in some technical trickery and a tapping beat – and I’m hooked.
“Spark” is the lead track from his first album Oceanic which promises more of the same mash-up of genres and cultures. The album’s available to pre-order now and is out February 2018. Enjoy the single below:
