Soap&Skin’s music has always been gothic doom wrapped up in some of the most delicate piano and eerie banshee vocals. Returning after a couple of years, new single “Heal” see’s things taking a little more of a positive turn with some more brighter instruments, synths, lyrics and it feels like a rebirthing has taken place. If the single is representative of the album itself we will have lots of synths, brass, leaping vocals and… baby speak? The ending is cute and a bit creepy too!
“Heal” is out now as a single and is from the forthcoming album “From gas to solid, I am your friend” which is due out 26th October 2018. Enjoy the mouldy lyrics video below.
