Foolproof are a three-piece grunge rock band from Ontario. Recently formed, the trio released their debut single ‘Violet’ earlier this year and are following it up with their second single ‘The Wake’ which is out now. Both songs should feature on their upcoming debut EP that is scheduled for release later in the year. Foolproof remind me of Hole, a little of Verruca Salt and a lot of 1992-6 MTV era rock. These were my teenage years and so any band that can pull off chunky riffs and angsty shouty vocals effortless gets my thumbs up.
