Synth driven quartet Clock Opera are returning with their second album “Venn” which is due out February next year, five years after their debut. This is the kind of pop that I can really get behind as it’s got mature undertones and plenty of intricate layers to the simple chords that underpin it all. The Londoners released a video for the first single “Whippoorwill” which is rather awesomely stylised and I have suddenly become a new fan.
