Jazzboy released this corker during my downtime between Christmas and New Year – ‘Xmas Will Never Happen Again’. The Paris based art-pop Jazzboy drags Santa away and buries her before chilling in the snow. His music reminds me a little of a male Ionna Lee at times but more dreamlike than punchy.
It is one of a few really good send-ups of a post-Chrimbo vibe and the music video is great. Enjoy the chilled out vibes below – the track is out now and is a great follow up to the equally winkfesty ‘Jesus Jazz’.
