Kick off 2025 with a Singing Bowl Meditation from Akhilanka

I’ve found myself really enjoying Koshi wind chimes and exploring singing bowls recently as a way to create smooth, meditative soundscapes. There are several artists I follow for singing bowl relaxation but I’ve recently discovered Akhilanka. Akhilanka uses Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and a rain stick to create his music and the vast collection of bowls is stunning to see.

Enjoy an hour’s worth of bowl and gong sounds as part of a New Year welcome. The video fades to a logo for the second half so you can use it in a dark room for sleep purposes. Akhilanka’s YouTube channel is called Temple of Singing Bowls Mysore and is crammed full of interesting musical meditations, tutorials and sound baths from both inside the temple and out in nature too. It is perfect for a frequency tune up.
